Ten years on from the very first Yorkshire Marathon, over 90,000 participants have signed up, join our fabulous team and bust a gut for Children with Cancer UK, helping raise vital funds that we invest into specialist research to save the lives of every child with cancer and keep their families together.

Attracted by the opportunity to run through York’s historic streets and surrounding scenic Yorkshire countryside, the marathon course decorates local sights such as York Minster and the ancient city walls.
