Fundraiser of the Month: Zach’s 100-Mile Challenge

The first challenge 

Zach is an incredible supporter of Children with Cancer UK and has previously raised £827.80. 

He explained:

During lockdown I saw an advert on TV about Children With Cancer UK and the fact that not every child gets to beat cancer and ring the bell. I wanted to help and decided to walk 99 miles. 

Completing 100 miles in 2023

This year Zach decided to set himself a new challenge of reaching triple figures and walked/ran 100 miles. When asked how he found his latest challenge, Zach said:

I completed the challenge on 30 April. I decided to make my challenge even harder and finished my 100^th mile at the top of Snowdon. I found the challenge hard and tiring but rewarding. 

For anyone thinking of doing their own fundraiser, Zach advises:

 You should do it to raise money for Children with Cancer UK and try your best!
